I currently go once a week but am thinking twice a week may be more helpful. There's so much going on that involve so many different things that its hard to get through everything in 45min a week and I think I just need that extra session to keep rolling with the whole talking/being emotional thing. I have a tendency to shut down and not feel feelings and I think if I went more consistently for awhile I would feel so overwhelmed the rest of the week trying to process and hang on to all the feelings for next week. I might ask this week if its an option....it will be tough to schedule around work though. we'll see. thanks for all your repsonses...it makes me feel better to know im not the only one who may need some extra help
