OMG - all I can do right now is offer a (((((hug))))) - coz my son often has to share my office space and my not so full on attention when I am behind on my work, and the time should be for his homework.

You have not failed though. I know I should "practice what I preach", I just don't believe you have failed. You have had a set-back but you are not failing.
