You are having a really crappy day. I'm sorry about that.
Sometimes it helps just to exaggerate how icked out you feel instead of fighting it. Like when I'm tired but I have chores to do or work to go to, I really exaggerate just how tired I am and I really get into my yawn by putting my whole body into it and by making it large and loud then I'll flop around the house complaining really loudly "TIRED! I'm TIRED!!!"... Somehow it makes me feel better.
Throw yourself on the bed and complain as loudly as you can how horrible you feel. Just go with the flow. Sometimes it's not worth trying to fix. Have fun with it.
