The best suggestion I have (not that I'm a good person to go to for help in this area right now) is to clear your house of all junk food and unhealthy food or anything that you really like to eat (for me that includes bread and pasta, and I keep cheese with the strict comittment that it is only for my son), and replace it with healthy food. It's a lot less tempting to binge on carrot sticks and cucumbers, even fruit such as apples (although I try to limit fruit in the house too), also even if you break and binge on cucumbers or red peppers with light ranch dressing, it's not like you're going to do much damage. You also have to commit to not eating out (at least I do because menus are just to tempting and I end up binging and purging). For dinner (have to feed husband) I make chicken a lot, or fish, or if I do steak he get's two thirds of it. As a side I use the premade veggie steam packs a lot. They are easier and help me keep track of calories and eat less. I also keep jello packs or the 60 calorie pudding packs for when I"m breaking from a sweets craving (pink lady apples are also good for that). I also have a ton of diet drinks in my fridge (snapple, crystal light, fuze slenderize), so when I'm hungry inbetween meals and snacks or really want to emotionally eat, I drink one of those instead. Hope this helps.
