I sometimes do it in reverse; put everything in my food tracker

Sometimes I'll have a snack early, sometimes a piece of lunch, for an after dinner snack, etc. But having the food all laid out for me, I don't have to think as much about what to have, when, etc., I just "choose" from that day's list.
