Went for my EEG today and it wasn't to bad. Had 22 sticky things on my head and 2 on my wrist had it scratched when they went on and stung a bit. Had to lie there for 10 minutes with my eyes shut while being video recorded. Then had to hyperventilate for 3 minutes then had to look at flashing lights with eyes open and shut, the worse was my eyes shut because all the patterns were crazy and quite scary.
