I always do small talk with T at first. Then the questions:

How are you?
or
Recess is over. Time to work. What ya got?
or
What do you want to work on?
or
(Holding her hand out) So...
or
What ya got for me?
or
What's bugging you?

At least she does try to change it up a little, but it's all the same really...
