I will echo/repeat what others have posted. Please go in to your doctor and get a physical and full blood workup. Hopefully your wife will too.

With your history, there is the chance you have HepC and it does cause a lot of fatigue. My hub has it. There are different HepC genotypes and some people respond terrifically to the newer anti-viral meds now available.
