Hi echoes thanks for your advice - its nice to know someone cares i think im more upset with my team than anything else, they keep cancelling appointments even though i make every effort to attend and work with them as best i can. As for my mother, ive had 20 years of her near constant criticism and abuse - as bad as it sounds, im more than used to it. Your right though im just gunna have to accept that it was something outside of my control and nothing personal - thanks for your advice once again.
