Goal: need to do some cardio this afternoon and walk with the pup again.
I was pleased with lower number on the scale today, but have decided checking in daily with the scale is not good as I have started to obsess over numbers and despite the weight coming off. I'm going to do it weekly now instead. I want to be more concerned about the measurements and how I feel than the weight numbers, despite the doc's request.
