This error means the photo is too big to upload. Simply resize the photo first on your computer, save it to a new file, and then try uploading the smaller-sized photo to the site.

Digital cameras, for instance, nearly always save photos as very, very large files. In most cases, you will be unable to upload a photo here if it's directly from any recent digital camera (unless you've set the camera to take smaller-sized photos).
