He got sick in 1997 & almost died from untreated pneumonia & high B/P, because he chose to drink & smoke weed. Was 39 yrs old at the time.

He's been sober & clean for almost 15 yrs but replaced it with food. Now he is considered morbidly obese & has to take all kinds of meds related to that.

Don't know if this helps but wanted you to know someone read your post & has been thru this with a loved one. It can be done. You can do it too.
