What do you want from your complaining? Can you journal about it or start a blog/web site for fellow sufferers? The headaches sound hard to deal with; I would see if I could distract myself from the pain on the one hand and maybe do some physical exercises and meditation sorts of exercises for stress relief on the other. Are you in college or anything? Have any good hobbies that can distract you from the pain a bit?
