hi, okay feel silly asking this, but i can't find answers on the internet and i'm somewhat paranoid about it. burned myself with a heated up knife a little over a week ago and its turned out much worse than anything ive ever done (hence the slight paranoia). going to the hospital or anything like that for it is out of the question. its third or forth degree & most of the dead skin & whatnot is cleaned off and i'm keeping neosporin on it. what i keep going back and forth about is whether or not i should put gauze over it! its roughly 3ish inches long and about the width of a pencil. ive been wearing shorts and not covering it the past few days, but its getting cooler and im going home and want to hide it. so i'm thinking gauze over it would be best under pants/ inside boots/ socks. but my paranoia wants other opinions! so any info would help really thanks
