its sucks big time huh? remember though - as much as it may not seem like it just now, the more you cut the less it will relieve you over time - its like any other addiction. Is there anything that you could try which would prove less harmful? This may sound obvious, but have you tried just going for a nap? it sounds unbelievable but at times this has really helped me.
