Try not to focus on today, it's a stuggle and we all fall back into what we know and what makes us feel safe. Do you have a team to help you learn some skills to stay at a healthy weight and help you cope with the strong emotions? Although I'm not really one who should be giving advice on keeping on track as I'm currently struggling at the moment. I hope you stay safe. We can get on top of this we just need to believe in ourselves.
