If my T described anything I said or did as "fascinating", I would feel like a lab rat in a cage and I'd be clawing the walls trying to escape the room.
I think in your case, she meant it in a good way; that you were finally revealing some feelings and that is what T's really want us to do! I empathize with the trust thing. I'm still having problems after a year.
