I take absolutely no pleasure in seeing other people embarrassed - especially when there is no need to be. I've definitely learned that the saying "people rarely remember what you say, but they always remember how you make them feel" is true.

That therapist is human being with obvious faults and lapses. If she's not laughing, then I wouldn't be either.
