Thanks for the comments everyone! It didn't really set in until this morning that he said that, because I was still feeling pretty triggered. Its pretty awesome that he knew to say exactly what I needed to hear. BUT its kind of a weird feeling to hear someone say that to me. I'm debating if I should bring it up on monday. It feels like it would be a vulnerable conversation though.
