I think there's at least two things there that you could pay attention to... that you recognize you have mood swings which may have some effect on your relationships, and that there are a lot of eligible folks out there.
You can do something pro-active about your mood swings. You don't just have to accept them "as-is" and expect others to do the same. Personally, I can have them too and have found in some relationships, it's a problem. In others, it seems like no big deal. I think a lot of it has to do with the person you're with.
If it continues to be a problem, it might be a sign to focus a little more on the mood swings themselves, and find some relief from them through therapy or a with a combination of medications.
