Walk, if you can. As much as you can. When you feel it coming on - sometimes i can catch it... walking or exercising in any way while you can can help you feel a bit better, a bit less "in the hole". Once you're in the hole, exercising is a whole huge struggle - worse than usual. Sorry, i'm having a harder time than normal getting my thoughts out right. But i hope you understand the point.
