I understand where you are coming from. Lately, I've been having really random nose bleeds. I don't know what is going on but it freaks me out. I always make sure I have lots of kleenex on me so I can quickly shove it up my nose. I would be so embarrased if it happened in therapy. I think you should bring this up with your T. I'm sure your T will understand and has seen minor/major medical emergencies. I'm sure they have been trained for that as well or have some sort of protocol to handle such things if it were to arise.
