I do think these feelings come in waves, and if we can ride out the wave, they calm down again. And then there is another wave later, but we have some practice riding it out, and it's a little easier.

Is there something else you can do that would make that feeling less big? You reached out here. Would contacting your new T help?

Sometimes I can distract myself by doing something physical like going outside for a walk or cleaning something..just getting away from the computer (or whatever else is tempting me).
