I don't normally watch it either but for some reason today I did. again wow! it was about why people are doing the things they do. ie: be anorexic, overweight, gossip, etc. I was so moved by it and the things they were saying because it hit home so bad for me. maybe I didn't realize how low my self esteem really is or how bad I dislike myself. eye opening for sure.
