this is what helps me-do exercise of any kind during the day...even a long walk. once asleep, then waking up, try to fall back to sleep. if 30 minutes later you're still awake, get up for awhile and do something quietly, like reading. try to go back to sleep after that. if that doesn't work, my T said get up!
