Hello depressedalaskan,
Is there anything that you could do besides sitting, or even something while sitting, to make the time go by faster? Some things that I like to do are exercise, using the computer, watching a TV show, writing, reading, taking the dog for a walk, and taking a long hot bath.
I remember how horrible it feels to be so depressed, but I also remember how sitting and doing nothing didn't help at all. As hard as it was, I always felt better when I accomplished something...even something as small as reading a magazine, because it temporarily made me feel better.
Do you have a therapist or psychiatrist who knows how badly you're feeling?
