checking in on day 27. it was a little rough last week with my coworker out unexpectedly four days so I was really feeling the need for a happy hour drink one or two of those days but overall the 30 is going really well. I'm starting to see that I can apply MM to other areas of my life which is uplifting. I'm tackling one problem at a time, thirty days at a time. I may just continue on without a drink to see how long I can go. the MM website has been a huge help!
