Oh I've been going through the same thing recently! I am always bouncing my leg, tapping my fingers, or playing with my necklace! Even when I'm up walking around and doing shopping and stuff, I can't seem to stay in one place for too long. I'm just constantly moving....I've kinda found that stretching your legs really helps esp if you're bouncing them! Like tense them up and then release....its part of the whole progressive stretching relaxation thing that a lot of therapists say to do. It helps for a little bit at least....I hope that helps a little
