Thanks for the update. I am glad that you are recognizing the improvement in your mood. I have noticed it a lot lately. You have some major down days but on the whole your generaly mood seems to be rising steadily. I hope this trend continues for you. I am so glad that he made it to his appointment. It sucks that you have to wait so long for the next one but at least you have something to look forward too. I am not sure if that was a joke or not. I get so nervous before appointments even though I can't wait for them to get here. It is a weird thing.
