Me too. I don't know how to make the bad feelings go away and don't know how to help the little ones understand that they are not bad. Snowbird feels like we are bad and don't ever deserve good things. I think that is what is happening now. Good things have happened to us over the last few days - people showing how much they care about us and we don't deserve it. Snowbird is putting out happy fires inisde and yelling that we cannot accept anything good. We have lots of upset tummy stuff happening and panic. Always in a state of "over-excitement" but not the good kind of excitement.
