milly, you have been thru so much, and are fighting a tough battle to heal yourself. Remember how many ppl here at PC care for you- I think you have touched everyones hearts with your honesty, your caring and the fact that while you are young you are so mature and such a fighter. Let out your anger, frustrations and hurt, but maybe you could try punching a pillow next time?! It wouldn't hurt so much but the physical energy might help. Anyway, we do care for you.
