Hi all,

I went to see my psych today - she told me i wouldn't be referred for DBT at least not for an incrediably long time anyway. In typically abusive fashion my mum won't let me get treatment privately as a way of controlling me and making the situation go the way she wants it too. Its fair enough, its her health insurance and she doesn't want me to get better, so fine - i give up. Ive been feeling so low lately and nothing seems to have worked for me. I want to thank everyone who have been kind enough to offer me their support and advice. I too hope ive been of some help to the people ive met on here.
