I was curious if you remember your dreams.
I am very lucky if I ever get 3 hours of sleep in a row. I wake up a lot. But, I also remember my dreams. I have often noticed if they are not nightmares/terrors, they are very stressful. So, I am not getting real rest. And, I have begun to think I wake up because the dreams are so stressful that I need to take a deep breath. I am sort of holding my breath in my sleep from it. (totally different from sleep apnea)
