Try not to beat yourself up worrying whether or not something is normal. Focus on YOU and what is best for YOU, regardless of others! Do all of these things affective you negatively at all? Do they frustrate you, or interfere with your function in daily life? If so, then talk to your doc about it! If things are hindering and bothering YOU as a person; whether or not these things are normal for others does not affect how the stuff effects you and makes you feel. This took me a very long time to realize! I rationalized all my problems in my head, telling myself that they were all probably just "normal" and I must be a wuss or a sissy because I'm letting them bother me more than anyone else is. Boy was I wrong about that!!!
So my advice is talk to a doc if possible, or someone who can help you get to a good doc who will listen and help you keep us posted!
