(((lori5780))) - I don't have OCD but I wanted you to know someone cares. Sorry your anxiety is high and you're struggling. Are you on medication and is your therapist knowledgeable with OCD? There's a good book called 'My Life In Rewind'. How about you try to be perfect at being sloppy. Close your eyes and let the crayon go wild. Arts in the eye of the beholder, so it doesn't have to be perfect.
