Talked to someone yesterday who's gun-ho spirited for their New's Resolution to become more fit has slacked off and laughed because for a few days now have been a slug myself, not sure if sick that B12 levels are dropping or just being lazy.
I was reminded of that Henry Moore quote for a boost in starting each fresh:
"I think in terms of the day's resolutions, not the year's."
So today, goal:
Walk again with the pup and do weights.
