I've re-started my program to lose weight and since Monday I've lost 1 pound. My goal is at least 1 pound each week.
Two things I will do is drink more water and stretching on the floor each day.
Weighing often really is a good thing to do. It helps me to see if my efforts are paying off. When it stays the same, it is a ok feeling. If I gain, I do get frustrated, at least when I'm still thinking I doing good, but it really motivates me when it is even .5 pounds less.
In 'the program' I've learned and keep learning, we are to weigh at least 2 times a week. Better if everyday. As you can see when you start to stray....it works for me.
I'll walk twice today since it is so much warmer than normal. Yesterday it was in the mid 60's in OHIO. Today will be in the low 50's, way warmer than it should be. I'm loving that. Dog loves it too.
