Have you taken any of the diagnostic quizzes about bipolar here on the site? They may give you insight. In the long run, though, only a pdoc can really give you a good diagnosis.
I hope things get better for you. I know how it is to see your capabnilities slipping away. They don't have to be gone forever, though.
