I am experiencing severe mood swings. One week I outlined a book I want to write, created a website and brochure for my Thai Massage business, finished my film for a film festival in Australia, the next week I was severely depressed. I started making suicide plans involving medication and plastic bags over my head. I had to call the crisis hotline twice and give my meds to a friend to keep for me. I am wondering if it is because I am taking painkillers for a cracked tooth until my oral surgery? I often have mood swings but they are usually more gradual. These mood swings happen fast from one extreme to the other. Has anyone else experienced this?
