Insomnia is so miserable, and the less sleep we have, we get nearer psychotic feelings.
The mind going on and on and it can be depression, blood sugar, anxiety and a myriad of other things. One thing I think a lot of folks do not take into consideration when they seem to have mental difficulties is keeping up good nutrition. Blindsiding our needs for enough fuel for our body can cause chaotic reactions to our mental states.
My anxiety is a big factor as to whether my nights sleep is successfull or a failure.
I've had completely sleepness nights as I'm sure many of you have had. Once in awhile, that's not so bad, but several nights in a row....crash!! Hope you get some zzzzzzzzzzzzzs tonight. take care, bj
