I learned about this last week and wanted to share it. I'm sure some of you already know about this, but I didn't, so I figured it couldn't hurt to share with those of you who might not know what it is. It's called the Buttefly Project, and it's to help you stop cutting. You're supposed to draw a butterfly on the place(s) that you cut, with sharpie or something, and if you want you can name it after somebody you love. Then whenever you get the urge to cut, you will see the butterfly and be reminded not to cut. You have to let the butterfly fade on it's own. But if you cut, then you kill it, and have to wash it off, but you can always try again.
This is helping me and I hope it will help some of y'all too.
