Has your doc checked out your gallbladder, lab test & ultrasound?
Another odd ball thought would be early menopause, labs for hormone levels?
Consider a second opinion on dx of fibro.
As for your kids also feeling sick, does their doc know their symptoms are same as yours?
Only other odd ball thing I could think of is there anything irritating in your apt/home that could be making the four of you feel sick?
