Yeah, I normally need at least 8-9 hours in order to function. If I'm leaping out of bed after about five hours of light broken sleep more than a day or two AND preparing for my life (i.e. the next five minutes) like some people prepare for the apocalypse, that's a red flag that I'm hypomanic. If I let it go any farther, I'll stop sleeping altogether.
