So, about a week ago I came across psychcentral.com, and somehow ended up on this forum. I'm so glad I did end up finding this forum though, because you all are amazing. I've been in therapy for the first time ever, for only about 4 or 5 weeks and so far I've struggled with everything. Literally everything. So coming to this forum and seeing how all of you support each other and are actively trying to improve your lives is very inspirational to me. Didn't think there even were forums online with genuine people helping each other. So anyway, I just wanted to say thank you for everything you all have done!! I've read a lot of posts, and just wanted to let you all know that you're helping an abundance of people, whether you realize it or not.
