Regection can hurt us very much, I can only imagine how you must be feeling at the moment and i guess no matter what people say to you, at this very moment, will change how you are feeling right now!!! But, be kind to yourself... after what he has done , really!!! do you think he is worth all the emotional pain and heart ache you are now going through. Try to be the better person in this situation, as after reading your post, honestly ,i really do not feel he is WORTHY of you... NOT AT ALL !!! Remember the saying ... one door closes and another door opens, It does not allways happen straight away, but it does. Try to talk yourself through this, eg this has happened, its not your falt, you will find soneone else that will be more suitable for you and yes it's hard times for you now , but eventually all these dreadful feelings will pass, PLEASE remember that, won't you, if you want to talk you can talk to me anytime you wish...
