Sending you hugz. You are not alone you have this place and we are all here for each other. I know that when I feel like that, the best thing to help me feel better even just briefly is a real hug/snuggle from any of my kids. It just feels like a glimmer of light that makes that dark hole seem a little less overwhelming. Hope your day got better, brighter.
