I wonder, if you want to continue disclosing your bipolar, if you could get your T or pdoc to write a letter to the schools you apply to, notifying them that you are capable, psychologically of doing the job. Having that note makes it difficult for them to claim you will fail in the position, since your doctor disagrees and knows you so much better.
