^ those are "positive" thoughts
Heather
Any situation like this is going to be stressful. When I was young I used to do this to people all the time... tell them I needed to see them later to talk to them about something. When I got older I stopped doing that after realizing how bad it is to be on the receiving end of that: "Don't tell you you need to tell me something later! Just tell me now! Or just wait and tell me later!"
Unfortunetaly with really serious things like surgery that is not always possible, they have to set up appointments with you, etc. But in compensation you have people like us who can be "with you" and send you positive thoughts.
And on that end remember that whatever news they have isn't necessarily very bad. Could be something minor they need to check out or something. If it was VERY serious they would not have made you wait till tomorrow, if the doc was out they would have given you a covering doc or told you to check in to the ER or something. So whatever they have to tell you lies in the middle somewhere.
Try not to worry to much. I know that's impossible sometimes but stay here and let us keep your mind off of it with our love and support and our silly avatars... did you see my new little fox avatar? Make you smile? Tame the fox? He's cute, no?
Take care and let us know how it goes tomorrow.
Best wishes and good luck.
