Since we have been having such unseasonably warm weather, I have walked 2 times several days instead of just 1. It is Friday and I've lost 2 pounds since Monday. 1 whole pound over my weekly goal.

Dog really is loving it too.
Haven't done my floor stretching every day like I had 'goaled' myself to, but will do them tonight.
Am still working on more water, less coffee or diet soda.
