Welcome to PC,
I have only been here a few days and have found it to be a great resource for some of the issues I deal with. People here are/have been where you are and can give some helpful hugs/advice. I cant give you any answers but I can tell you talking with someone face to face does help, your Dr is a great start, he can point you in the right direction.
